GST will be absorbed for all brands and items.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To shop at The Shilla Beauty Circle:

  • To add items in your cart, click on “ADD TO CART” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, select the quantity by clicking on the arrow or typing out the quantity you would like
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
  • Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘CHECK OUT’
  • Fill in all necessary details and verify your contact information
  • Once it is verified, choose the shipping method and click on ‘Continue to payment’
  • Complete your payment and confirm your order

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

A Order Confirmation will be sent to your registered email upon confirmation of your order. It will contain your order details.


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you receive the order confirmation email, we will be working hard to fulfill your order.  You should receive a shipment confirmation email from us within 4 - 6 working days, when we have passed your parcel to our delivery partner. The email will include a tracking number for your reference.

 

CAN I EARN CHANGI REWARDS POINTS ON THE SHILLA BEAUTY CIRCLE?

Yes, you can earn Changi Rewards points on your purchases with The Shilla Beauty Circle.

Please key in your Changi Reward number at the Checkout page. Points will be credited into your account within 1 month.
