How to Register
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
To shop at The Shilla Beauty Circle:
- To add items in your cart, click on “ADD TO CART” for the item you wish to purchase
- To change the quantity of the item, select the quantity by clicking on the arrow or typing out the quantity you would like
- To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
- Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘CHECK OUT’
- Fill in all necessary details and verify your contact information
- Once it is verified, choose the shipping method and click on ‘Continue to payment’
- Complete your payment and confirm your order
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
A RSVP email will be sent to your registered email upon confirmation of your purchase. It will contain your order details and what to do next.
If you do not receive a RSVP email, please email us at shilladutyfreesg@gmail.com with your name and contact details.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
As the event is held in the transit area, we will require to apply an airport pass for you to enter to the event area. Your RSVP email will have a link and instructions to fill up your personal details in a form to process your application.
Once your airport pass application has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, so please do check your inbox closer to the event date.
I ENTERED THE WRONG DETAILS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

with provide your Order #, name, contact number, and correct details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
CAN I EARN CHANGI REWARDS POINTS ON THE SHILLA BEAUTY CIRCLE?
You will not be able earn Changi Rewards points for your event registration fee.
